Blue blouse 3/4 sleeve

Wide bottoms on sleeves, front drapes right and left criss cross into each other, material is spandex so it's stretchy and the color is ocean blue. Cute shirt but never fit me. Time to go lol ...sleeves are 3/4.. new. Never used
