Blue & black floral design top

Black floral detail on blue background. Slight flare at waist. Ruching on neck and sleeves. One sleeve has part of the ruching undone (see pic), but it still sits well. The tag says "P", but I think it fits like a medium. This is from Style & Co Petite (see pic).
