Blue, black, and white dress.

Blue, black, and white dress. Thin straps and a bow to tie in the back. Size medium but can fit size small (just pull the bow in the back tighter). I’m 5’2” and the dress sits just above my knees. Tearing at the top of the bust area as shown in the last picture, but it probably could be fixed I just haven’t tried.
