Blue backless plunge-neck short formal

Beautiful short, flowy dress. I wore it to prom in 2010 and again in 2017 on a cruise. Beaded connection between the bust, and beaded open-back. From Caché, (no longer exists) States it is a size 0 (zero) but I’ve never been a size zero. I’d say it fits more like a 2. (See photos to reference. My measurements at the time were 32b, 25.5”, 36.5” One stain inside right bust (seen in last photo) from using fashion tape. Reverse of tag states “100% silk lining 100% acetate”
