Blue backless high-low dress

Blue backless dress from Lush (Nordstrom). Front is shorter and back is longer. Waist is cinched but stretchy so the dress is loose and flowy but not shapeless. Has a slip underneath for full coverage below the waist. Small mark on outer layer of skirt that is hardly noticeable when wearing (see pics).
