Blue asphalt raw hemmed waist Capris size 9. They are true to size and are super cute! They scream toyal y2k vibes with the raw hem waist and the low rise Capri style of the pants. They are in great condition, they only have a small paint mark on the bottom seam and a slight unnoticeable discoloration on the front. both flaws are pictured, otherwise these are in good overall condition and are a vibe for sure.
