Blue and white tunic

Flow he blue and white tunic style over shirt. V-neck, ties at waist. This beautiful top goes over another shirt as it’s mostly open except the stitching at the sleeves. Works well over a Cami or shell.Color is royal blue and white block type pattern material is silky feel with satin trim. 100% polyester. Very flattering fit. Size 18/20. There are a couple of pulls in the trim fabric. Please see photos.
