Blue and white summer dress

Blue and white summer dress. "tube top" like bust. has straps but can be tucked in to wear strapless. Hits just above the knee (my knee, I'm 5'2). I am slightly see-through. Can be worn as a swim cover-up as well. Light flowly fabric (polyester?) The tag only says the brand name and nothing else, so I'm going to guess the size is a large. Wore once. Comes from a non-smoking, dog friendly home.
