Blue and white stripped riffle dress

I am once again a broken record when I say that I wish I could’ve worn this when it still fit 💔 this beautiful and unique dress was purchased in 2018 and features the cutest ruffle sleeves! The material is not stretchy but it does have *some* minor give.
