Blue and white striped sleeveless top

Blue and white striped sleeveless tank - bought from Vici online Size Medium. Back of top has a “train” - not sure what exactly it’s called - to about the back of my knees, front hits below the hip. Doesn’t fit me anymore but I wish it did! So cute, just too small for me. Only worn once for a couple of hours. Slight spray tan marks on the inner straps.
