Blue and white striped dress/swimsuit coverup, size XL, button front

This lightweight button-up dress/cover-up is a denim blue and white striped with ruffles at the shoulders. It has long slits at the sides that measure about 15”, which is why I would likely wear it as a swimsuit coverup, but it could be worn as a dress. The material is 100% cotton and it’s new with tags. The stock photos show it modeled in a different color. It measures about 23” from underarm to underarm and about 36” in length. C2
