Blue and white off the shoulder blouse with mid length bell sleeves. This blouse is a light cotton material with navy blue and white stripes. It sits around your shoulder and has and elastic top so it stays in place. It is very flowy and loose fit. Lane Bryant size 18/20. Only worn a few times.
