Blue and white lace dress

This dress is absolutely adorable. The top is accented with small white polka dots and the bottom has a top layer made of lace. This dress is perfect for any occasion- wear it to a festival with some cowboy boots, or dress it up with some wedges and costume jewelry. Fits true to size- sizes 0-4. Tags are removed, but it's never been worn.
