Blue and white gingham print ruffle blouse XXL

This lovely and preppy blouse has been worn once. It is cotton material and washed well. It would pair perfectly with white or blue bottoms. It also looks great layered with a cardigan as the ruffles are small and understated on the sleeves. 24” long and 20” wide. Personally, I felt that this ran small but I have a long torso.
