Blue and white floral dress

Beautiful light blue floral dress with polka dot belt and straps. Has some lace and mesh sewn at the bottom part of the under skirt to give it some poof, inner part if the dress is lined with silky material. V neck line and straps criss cross in the back. One strap has been sewn in and the other is held using snaps, made like that to make it easier to get on getting one strap out of the way but could sew that strap down if needed/wanted.
