Blue and white dress

This dress has a mixture of different blue hues and 2 different parterns as pictured. The dress goes longer in the middle in a V shape. Perfect for any occasion. It’s a size small, but fits loose so can work as a loose small or a medium. Only worn once and in perfect condition!
