Blue and silver floral lace sleeveless blouse

-Beautiful, incredible quality, soft all over lace. -Navy blue velvet detail on neck. -Blue lace with beautiful eye catching silver detailing. -Unlined. It appears as though this top used to have an undershirt but doesn’t any longer. -No tags. I am unsure of size, brand and material. -Feels like a XS-S.
