Blue and red dress

I love the beautiful colors in this dress! It has a stretchy top that is very flattering and can be worn with black tank ties or strapless. It's in great condition to rock on a summer day. :) It's a size medium, but I'm a petite small and it fits me (very stretchy and flattering).
