Blue and green striped skort -10

Bill Blass blue and green striped skort (2nd picture shows true color). Small rounded bottom pockets in the front. Zips and buttons. There are 2 places on the back and 1 on the front where the hem stitches are lose (see last 2 pics). It's not very noticeable. Size =10 16 1/2" across waist 17 1/2" long shorts have a 4" inseam
