Blue and black midi wedding guest dress

Adjustable straps. Off the shoulder sleeves (could tuck in and hide in dress if you didn’t want that look). Not padded. Shorter slip dress and longer lace that comes to about knee length, I am 5’2 for reference. Bought from Nordstrom rack. Wore once to wedding - great condition!
