kj060686 @shelleyscloset hey no it's not strapless it's spaghetti straps I'm sorry they are covered up. I am a size 4/6 the top part could fit A to C cup and the bottom is a stretch material so the measurements wouldn't do it justice. If you have anymore questions please ask!
