Blue and black dress

The black part is lace material, the bottom part is blue not purple (my camera doesn't like the color blue 😂) in perfect condition only worn once for my graduation 👨‍🎓 it has a super cute cut out back. I can't find the tag but I would definetly say extra small in size and I think I got it from debs
