Blue and White Striped Cotton Dress by FRNCH

Summery 100% cotton dress with faux buttons and hidden back zipper. Brand new and never worn, but bought with a flaw (pictured) at the bottom of the zipper (so, right on the butt). Fixable if you take to a good tailor, I just never did (tried to sew it myself, didn’t work). Measurements (flat): waist 13.5, hip 16.5, bust 15. OPEN TO OFFERS!
