Blue and White Romper with Ruffles

Worn only a few times, its a bit short on me, I’m 5’5”. It is a medium but I would say it fits more like a small. Super cute and thick material, not see through. Clip on the bust to hold it together. Arizona Brand from JCPenny. Also adjustable straps.
