Blue and White ELLE Gingham Fir and Flare Sleeveless Dress

ELLE blue and white gingham sleeveless midi dress. The tag says size XS but the material is stretchy enough that fit size S as well. There is a hook and eye closure at the top of the zipper at the back and small loops for a slim belt (see photos) but not belt. No damage and overall great condition. Very cute.
