This gorgeous statement necklace was handmade and purchased at an upscale boutique in Chicago. Primarily blue and silver, this double strand beauty has a total end-to-end length of approx 18” when laid flat, so sits right at or below the collarbone for most people. Beautiful butterfly toggle-clasp.
