Blue and Silver Layered Necklace

Beautiful blue and silver necklace. Has a hook and eye closure. Three strands come together and are connected under a silver cone on each side by the hook and eye closure. Measurement from the inside drop (to top strand) is 13”. When the necklace is laid out lengthwise it measures 29.5”. I do not know metal content. (Ke)
