Blue and Silver Charm Bracelet

I made this anklet to represent a day at the beach, it is on stretchy cord so one size fits most. it has tiny bells and Swarovski crystals so it has a soft jingle when you walk. measurements slightly stretched are 10 inches around unstretched 9 inches.
