Blue and Gold Dragon Tea Set

Vintage cloisonné tea set featuring intricate dragon designs. Includes very small pitcher and three cups with blue and gold accents. Gorgeous, intricate design - ancient enameling technique. But all four pieces brass handles have come loose and one cup lacks its handle. Three cups are 2 1/4 inches tall and pitcher is 4 1/4 inches height to lip of pitcher. Not sure if Chinese or Japanese but do know at least 80 years old.
