Blue and Black Velvet Formal Cocktail Dress

This is a dark navy blue polyester and spandex with black crushed velvet flowers formal dress. It is very fitted up top with short sleeves and flares out starting at the waist. There are a couple makeup marks along the front left collar. I tried this on twice and decided the sleeves were too snug for my arms. It is an adorable dress. Size 12.
