Blue and Black Striped Perfume Bottle # 22390

This is a blue and black striped perfume bottle that needs a stopper. The included stopper is way too small and falls out every time you breathe near it. The bottle has no tags or markings, but it may have something stamped in the glass on the base. I honestly cannot tell if those are words or just something left over from making it.
