Blue and Black Sleeveless Midi Dress. Plunge Neckline, Elastic Blousing Empire Waist. The only tag I could find in this dress is the tag that says wash in cold water. The neck tag with the manuf. is so worn that I can't make it out....it looks like a 2 word company, the first could be Brian. Also there is no size. It is 20" across front of waist, side to side. 40" length. I am going to say it is a large, possibly could fit 1x due to the stretchy waistline.
