Blue Zara blouse.

V cut blouse. 3/4 sleeve with stud button. Stud design on shoulders. Partial side slits. In great condition other than in the under arm area, looks like a shimmery powder? Assuming from deodorant but still there after washing. Not noticeable when worn. No trades. Color is between a royal blue and navy blue.
