Blue White Striped Heavy Long Sleeve Top

Thin sweatshirt like top or heavy long sleeve Top I think I can see a very light discoloration on one of the white stripes on the bottom front left side, but it's hardly noticeable and the rest of the top is in good lightly used condition with no other flaws
