Blue & White One Size Fits All Elephant Top

This lovely one size fits all top is blue and white with pretty blue fringe on the edges. It has a lovely elephant print all over, with reddish brown elephants on the bottom. I'm not sure of the material or brand, but it is super soft and lightweight. It has hidden arm sleeves sewn into it and is very floaty. I'd say it fits size small to large comfortably.
