BLUE WATER * A perfect SUMMER dress ~ whether you just wear it casually with sandals ~ take it on vacation to wear w/ strappy sandals at night ~ dress it up to wear on a cruise or to a garden party ~ put a lightweight jacket over it to wear to the office! It's a straight sleeveless shift with 3" PLEATED HEM ~ pullover style with keyhole opening at back of neck. Neckline is elongated crew (almost boatneck). The color is a GORGEOUS pale PEACH background ~ sunny YELLOW, bright LIME & IVORY flowers (understated ~ not gaudy at all). No fabric tag, but feels like cotton-blend (just tiny bit silky but no "stretch" at all) * EXCELLENT condition with no flaws at all * Maybe worn once (but maybe not at all ~ don't remember) * Tag says XS and I've hand-measured ~ please be sure your measurements will work ~ as there is no stretch. 17" across at armpits * straps are 1-1/2" across at shoulder seam * 20" across at the seam which is 3" above the bottom of the hem (where the pleating starts) * 33" overall length from shoulder seam to hem.
