Boutique (no brand) two piece velvet beautiful blue set. Palazzo Capri length pants (they are not long!!) and crop too with one shoulder and one sleeve that goes off the shoulder. Super cute on! Fits a size small! (Would even fit an xs) Was a little too tight for me because of my hips and my chest (32DD)
