Blue Velvet Tulip Dress Vintage

Excellent like NEW gorgeous Vintage dress. No stains rips or tears. We never used the dress. I bought it from a high end vintage children’s store in Los Angeles. Labeled size 4T. But it feels a little short for 4. I would probably say closer to size 3. It appears to be vintage mini dress.
