Blue Velvet Mini Skirt

Elastic waistband with a nice amount of stretch, lace up detail on sides, crushed velvet style mini skirt. brand is LUX LA, no size is listed but I'd say it fits like a XS/S. Waist: 23"; Length: 12.5". Worn once. Only found flaw was that the tag is starting to come loose.
