Blue Velvet Mini Dress

Super cute blue velvet mini dress with mesh neck and arms. It’s form fitting with a flare at the bottom, stretchy, and very comfortable. There is some thread wear and tear at the armpits that have semi been repaired, but could use a fix up and it could use a lint roll. Thread is not noticeable when on.
