Blue Velvet Dress

This royal blue, velvet dress is great for a bachelorette party, ringing in the new year, or making the office more interesting. It has thin, black straps that are adjustable. The back is synched for a better fit. The dress falls in a pencil shape. I am 5' 4" and it falls two inches above my knees.
