Blue Tiered Dress

Slightly grey/blue flattering tiered, peplum like layered. Horsehair style dress. A little lighter then it looks in first picture. Worn once, has some wear as shown in picture on some areas of the dress not noticeable. Hope someone else can love it as much! Symphony brand. I believe it may have been bought from forever 21 online!. Seriously the most flattering dress ever! I can’t believe it hasn’t sold!
