Blue Strapless David's Bridal Dress with Matching Scarf, size 8

This is a fun "poufy" hem dress with scrunched waistband. The skirt is full and does not the typical folded flat hem. Instead, the hem is turned under about 4", gathered and sewn to the lining. Top has boning for support. Like new! Do not believe this has ever been worn. Measurements lying flat are: Bust, about 16 1/2". Waistband, measured at the narrowest, is about 13 1/2". Length from bottom of waistband to hem is about 22" Length from back neckline to hem is about 31"
