Blue Steve Madden purse

I can't really decide if this is a tote bag or a purse. It is a royal blue nylon outside. It has a faux leather bottom handles and crossbody strap. It is a zippered pocket on the outside 1 zippered pocket on the inside and two non zippered pockets on the inside. Looks almost brand new I may be used it once.
