Only worn once for homecoming! This blue sparkly dress is absolutely stunning! It is lined on the inside at the top with a rubbery band so it doesn't slip down. The bodice is adorned with a beautiful jeweled piece. The lining is blue and there is a sheer, sparkly mesh that creates the high low look. Measurements Bust: 30" Waist: 28" Length (pit to hem of lining): 25" The shoes seen in the second picture are also for sale in my closet!
