Blue Smocked Floral Dress

Bodice is smocked, so it has a nice stretch. The skirt is unlined and you will need a half slip. sleeves have an elastic band with ruffle below it. Dress is tiered as shown in 1st picture. Dress will be close if not right at ankles on a shorter woman of 5'2 height.
