Pre-loved. Taken from a cherished collection. No noted cracks or crazing.  This piece is handpainted and has some lighter parts in the paint. There is a line on the back of the tree topper cat and a few dots on his hat that are lighter. These places are not chips, but appear to be part of the manufacturing process.
