Blue Shimmer Blouson Dress - Laundry

Laundry by Shelli Segal blue shimmer blouson dress. Never been worn, new with tags. Size 6. Got it for my mom for Mother's Day but it didn't fit her! Halter neckline, sleeveless, back keyhole with button closure, and concealed back zipper. Nylon/metallic/spandex. The color is called inkblot; it is like a navy blue and has a dust of shimmer. Very beautiful. Fits like looser bodycon at the bottom.
