Blue Rayon Blouse

This blouse has only been worn a couple of times and is still in excellent condition. The pit to pit measurement is approximately 24 inches and from the neckline to the bottom of the garment measures approximately 17 inches. The blouse can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder. The blouse has straps so that if you choose to wear it off the shoulder and have the sleeves hanging loosely on your arms they will keep the blouse on you. I hate to part with it but I just simply have no more room in my closet.
