Blue Rain Summer Dress - Small

Washed but never worn. I bought it during my seconds pregnancy in preparation for summer a couple months after I gave birth and my ribs are too big for it now. My loss your gain. It’s not too flowy on for the lower portion. The chest area is not padded. Straps are adjustable. I’m 5’10” about equal proportions (but slightly longer legs) and it hits me about mid thigh, slightly shorter.
